Refund Policy

We accept returns in line with UK consumer law. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, and a further 14 days to send the item back (28 days total).

To be eligible for a return, items must be:  
• Unworn and unused  
• In their original condition  
• With all original tags attached  
• Returned in the original packaging  

Proof of purchase is required.  
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the sender.  

Non-Returnable Items  

The following items are non-returnable:  
• Sale items or promotional purchases (all discounted items are final sale)  
• Hijabs / headscarves (for hygiene reasons)  
• Gift cards  

These exclusions apply to all customers.  

Exchanges  

We do not offer exchanges.  
If you would like a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible) for a refund.  

Return Shipping  

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.  
We do not provide prepaid return labels.  

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not liable for returns that are lost, damaged, or undelivered in transit.  

Refunds  

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.  
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.  
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
